Results met compliance standards, reduced costs by 25%, and improved efficiency by 50%. • Created for healthcare client a customized strategic plan, designed algorithm, plus managed the team to deliver new de-identified PHI data for population health analytics following strict Safe Harbor standards. • Led healthcare client project to ensure accuracy and compliance when publicly releasing enterprise data. Developed an offshore team, wrote the proposal, SoW, negotiated contract, established the strategic plan, built tool to collect data, and handled change orders overseeing a two-year project. • Managed an international project moving a Fortune 500 client’s mobile website from vendor-hosted to client-hosted. Results saved $4M plus reduced the site changes turnaround time by 90%. • Drove numerous projects standardizing complex and disparate processes using six sigma LEAN process improvement methodology. Handled all change management involved. Used Agile and Waterfall operational improvements dealing with complex systems.
