Respected and accessible marketing leader with specific expertise across the retail, education and casual dining sectors; covering Plc, owner-managed and investor-backed entities. Innovation, change and a commitment to maximise the transformation opportunity, exists at the very centre of what drives the marketing contribution I am able to make. A £2.5m ongoing annual saving was achieved through just one digital operational excellence project for a key retail marketing channel. An advocate and adopter of ecommerce and innovative customer engagement technologies. Adept at cutting through data in order to harness the correct information to drive tactical customer-targeted marketing plans for accelerative customer acquisition and profit-enhancing performance programmes. My character leans towards environments and opportunities requiring energy, commitment to change and performance elevation. That has typically but not exclusively resulted in being engaged by private equity (PE), venture capital (VC) and owner-managers who have required a rigorous and timely hands-on approach to defining and shaping strategy and remaining accountable to both the definition and delivery of strategy and its integration. Such endorsement has led to being a Finalist in the Women Leaders MK awards two years running. Looking to further develop my network in Ireland.
