I currently work at Alliance Residential Company in Investments and Acquisitions. I am proud to be a part of Alliance. Our team is focused on national investments and acquisitions with an emphasis on multi-family properties with note purchases throughout the West, Southwest, South Central, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions. Our internal structure facilitates efficient decision-making through open communication between executive-level leadership, and operation knowledge of our regional and on-site management staff. I have been with Alliance for just over a year and held previous positions in Business Development. I graduated from Seattle University in the Albers School of Business with a Double Major in Finance and Economics with a Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. I am an exceptionally motivated individual with a high aspiration to exceed expectations. I have shown this through graduating in four years with a Double Major and Minor, also while being a full-time D1 student athlete.

Alliance has maintained the flexibility and financial discipline to capitalize on market conditions and valuation trends, and we are conservative in risk assessments. Our performance during the downturn demonstrated our commitment to being strategic, rather than defensive.Acquisition Strategy - Deal flow is a combination of local and national relationships, and our ability to capitalize on expertise across multiple company disciplines to evaluate the opportunities and risks associated with an investment. Acquisition Targets: • Distressed assets (loan purchases, short sales, bankruptcy, foreclosures and REO) • Value-add assets: o Requiring significant physical renovation in submarkets where new entitlements for development are difficult or infeasible o Needing operational repositioning in core locations where rent levels are at a significantly lower price point than new assets • Core and core-plus assets for a variety of capital sources using modest leverage and a long- term hold strategy.
