With extensive experience as a manufacturing leader, I have successfully led complex manufacturing operations for prominent, multi-million-pound blue-chip companies across various FMCG sectors. My background encompasses leading operations covering an extensive range of both edible FMCG (including Ready meals, Prepared Vegetables, Fruit, Sauces & Condiments, Biscuits, Nuts & Seeds, Tea & Coffee) and non-edible healthcare products. My commitment to operational excellence is underpinned by Lean Six Sigma and IOSH qualifications, and I\'m proud to have been shortlisted as a finalist at the Food Manufacturing Excellence Awards. Building on my \"Principles of Management and Leadership\" qualification, I am now undertaking the CMI Level 7 Strategic Leadership study programme to continue my personal development.
