Hired into newly-created position, responsible for all technical training delivered to the company\'s service technicians and shop foremen in North America. Technicians are responsible for maintaining a $20 billion equipment fleet- Continually assess technician training needs. Work with 50+ equipment suppliers to schedule and customize technical training according to needs. Work with internal and external teams to design/develop customized eLearning. Work with HR to implement new processes, spearhead strategies/systems to improve training availability, quality and employee retention, and align training with succession planning strategies- Taught a hands-on electrical systems diagnosis class to technicians approximately once per month (20••••19)- For three years, served as a Corporate Trainer, training multiple Branch positions on the company\'s new Field Automation Strategy & Technology (FAST) initiative. Provided in-branch support and coaching.
