I lead the new Review and Results Branch (RRB) within Treasury Board Secretariat. RRB\'s primary mandate is the development and delivery of Sector Performance Overviews (SPOs). SPOs are internal-facing reviews that provide Cabinet-confidential advice to TB/MBC and senior government decision-makers. They identify and thematically summarize the incremental investment decisions that the government has made in specific sector(s), and then assess the impact those investments may have had on outcomes achieved, using a consistent analytical framework.SPOs provide decision-makers with insights that ultimately assist with the allocation of future resources towards higher-impact investments.
