With over two decades of leadership and engineering experience across Defence Aviation and the UK Water Industry, I bring a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects in safety-critical, regulated environments.My career began in Defence, where I spent 22 years as a Mechanical Engineer—progressing from technician to instructor and senior manager. This foundation built my technical discipline, attention to detail, and ability to lead teams through demanding operational challenges.Transitioning into the Water Industry, I’ve since developed a broad perspective across both operations and capital delivery. I’ve served as a Waste Network Area Operations Manager, ensuring reliable network performance; a Senior Engineer within the Capital Delivery Technical Assurance team, strengthening project quality and governance; and now as a Senior Delivery Manager at Thames Water.In my current role, I am accountable for the delivery of all wastewater direct delivery projects across the Thames Valley and Home Counties, spanning both infrastructure and non-infrastructure portfolios. Leading a team of Project Managers, I’ve successfully overseen the delivery of over £15 million of AMP7 capital works, contributing to Thames Water’s transition to the Intelligent Client Model—a new approach focused on empowered delivery, ownership, and continuous improvement.I’m passionate about developing people, driving efficient project execution, and enhancing delivery performance through collaboration, governance, and innovation.
