Award-winning Brewmaster | Certified Cicerone® | Prud\'homme Beer Sommelier | BJCP Certified Beer JudgeWith over 15 years of professional brewing experience, I have worked in breweries of all sizes - manual and automated, craft and industrial. My expertise spans the entire brewing process, from hauling bags of grain to managing full-scale production facilities. I have led two ground-up brewery builds: a HL production brewery and a HL showcase brewpub. I played a key role in building and operating a sq. ft. destination brewery, transforming a business plan into one of Ontario’s 10 largest craft breweries.Over my career, I’ve brewed more than 200 unique brands and recipes, ranging from small test batches to widely distributed beers. My experience extends beyond brewing into project management, product development, quality assurance, production optimization, and strategic sales and innovation. I’ve worked with both fundamental and ERP production systems, navigating both manual and automated operations with efficiency.Beyond the brewhouse, I am an advocate for beer appreciation and engagement.
