Represent Landlord portfolios around the greater Houston area.• Property Management-Hire and manage building staff.• Promote Landlord’s property through our network with a variety of marketing strategies.• Develop a quarterly leasing plan to ensure each property is accurately priced and has the most competitive edge to compete in the commercial market.• Work closely with Property Management and have a very good knowledge of Operations at each property.• Maintain a good relationship with the brokerage community through successful negotiations, as well as getting in front of the brokers face to face by inviting the community to property promoted events.• Bi-weekly Asset Management meetings on 3rd party properties with owner’s to discuss rates, vacancies, spec spaces, as well as the overall goals for the property.• Deep market understanding and local market knowledge.• Fulfilling prospective tenant’s office needs as well as existing tenants in relocating or expanding their growing office. • Work closely with Space Planning and Construction teams regarding buildouts of spaces as well as the development and stacking plans for the property.• Prolific at creating and modifying floor plans using Microsoft Visio • In depth knowledge of today’s cutting-edge technology as well as Social Media.
