ABOUT STEPHEN PEVSNER
Stephen\'s practice covers the a wide range of corporate and individual tax, with particular emphasis on UK and international M&A transactions, private fund formation, executive incentive arrangements around them, corporate reorganisations, structured finance, investment funds and new business set-ups. Working with UK and international clients, Stephen takes a keen interest in every aspect of the business to ensure clients recognise how tax risk affects their commercial plans. To this end, Stephen and his team work on the tax aspect of the entire business cycle – from fund formation and management incentive arrangements through to acquisition and disposal of investments. Stephen is a member of the BVCA Tax Committee and is a regular speaker at conferences and contributor to publications such as the Tax Journal and Tolley\'s. Chambers UK says of Stephen: “… his ability to master the intricacies of tax law and understand the commercial aspects of the deal is impressive\".
