Sr. Project Manager for an architectural firm. As an Associate, also play leadership role in firm. Oversee commercial, healthcare and academic projects (see Case Studies and Projects Addendum). Orchestrate the design process, ensuring that projects are completed within established time frames and budgets while providing the highest design quality possible. In addition to project manager role, in charge of firm-wide staffing (2016 – present).• Support business development and marketing efforts.• Prepare proposals, derive fees, and negotiate terms/conditions of contracts.• Establish and monitor adherence to work plans (budget/schedule/staffing).• Direct and coordinate the work of the project team, including consultants.• Maintain all communication with clients, consultants and project teams.• Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, especially during permitting and approvals processes.• Understand Revit (BIM) workflow and its impact on project work plans (all projects managed since 2008 have been designed/documented in Revit).• Mentor staff to help them achieve client goals as well as personal development goals.• Utilize the following budgeting, scheduling, database and other software applications- Deltek Vision (including planning/resource utilization module)- Newforma Project Center - Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint - AIA Contract Documents software
