Stephen is a Chartered Town Planner, with over 12 years experience and previously worked at a multi-disciplinary practice based in the East Midlands, including six years as a Director and Head of Planning & Development, where he was engaged in a wide variety of land, planning and development projects.As a land and planning consultancy we are set up to advise land and property owners across the UK on all professional planning matters alongside dealing with development land sales and advising/negotiating on development agreements. Our aim is to provide clear and straightforward advice, tailored to each client and project, in order to maximise the value of your land and property.With experience across both land and planning sectors we are well placed to ensure schemes comply with national and local planning policy and conform to the requirements of the planning system as well as being commercially viable, deliverable and marketable from a land and development perspective.
