ABOUT STEVE LOWNDES

I\'ve been in this field for three decades so I must be enjoying it! In all those years it\'s been my ability to make life easier for a client and leave them thoroughly satisfied which has been my strength and my motivation. To be seen as more than a consultant, to be valued as a trusted advisor beyond the narrow remit of the project is personally rewarding. It\'s a technical field but a people business. I like to think I \'look out\' for clients. It\'s also important to help your employees grow, professionally and personally. In the past I\'ve helped them perform technical tasks but in recent years I\'ve been able to help them develop in a more holistic sense. I\'m proud to have played a part in developing our Inside-Out approach, whereby we focus on the development of our people, processes and culture to deliver outstanding client service.
