About Steve Griffin

After receiving a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Georgia State University, I have engaged in a career of 30+ years in commercial real estate that has included, mortgage banking, commercial sales, and asset management of both distressed and non-distressed assets. From my initial employment with a major Canadian financial institution where I managed portfolios off office, retail and multifamily properties, to sales of over multifamily units with one of the country’s leading commercial brokerage companies, I have successfully engaged in a wide range of commercial real estate activities. During the Resolution Trust era I helped start up an asset management company that managed and disposed of over $1 billion of real estate assets for the RTC. Then again after the banking failures of 20••••09, I structured solutions and sales of distressed commercial real estate and real estate loans for a large asset management firm who’s clients included Lehman Brothers, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. In 2010, I started my own firm to provide real estate advisory and brokerage services in the southeast. In 2016, I was able to greatly expand my services when I associated with Tranzon Driggers, a part of Tranzon LLC, one of the country’s largest and most experienced real estate auction companies. With more than 20 offices coast to coast, the professionals at Tranzon have conducted tens of thousands of auctions in 48 states. Clients include financial institutions, attorneys, receivers, trustees, servicers and individuals who need focused, accelerated marketing and sale of real estate assets. I bring my wide range of real estate experience to help sellers structure creative auction solutions for challenging real estate problems.

   Associate broker with Tranzon Driggers, an affiliate of Tranzon, LLC, a national real estate auction company with 20+ offices throughout the United States. Tranzon Driggers represents clients with real estate interests in Georgia, Florida and Alabama with over 30 years experience working with banks, financial institutions, private companies, bankruptcy trustees, receivers and attorneys to provide accelerated marketing and disposition of real estate assets. I work with clients to structure auctions to accommodate expedited sales of all types of residential and commercial properties and work with financial institutions on short sales, foreclosure sales and note sales.
