At the core of what drives me, at the very heart, is ‘Time.’ I strive to facilitate innovation. I want to revolutionize and transform the way we do business, all to save time. With every new intelligent automation we implement, we save time. Every new insight gained, we save time. By embracing a digital transformation agenda to improve process flow, we save time. I do the same for our associates by analyzing and guiding them to the right development and upskilling programs. When our associates engage in active learning, they become more efficient and better at what they do, saving them the time it takes to be effective in their roles. The time gained allows our associates to gravitate towards what interests them, to focus on solving bigger, more complex problems for our clients. It allows them to engage their minds in more creative ways as we pursuit to create a world that works better for everyone. I am the Director of Learning and Development for Prevalon Energy, but what I really do is give people \'time\' to help them evolve, to guide them towards what’s possible in their careers, and to make the most of the time we have in life.
