I am a future therapist in training, currently pursuing a Master\'s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an interest in therapeutic approaches that support emotional resilience, meaning, and long-term well-being for adults navigating burnout, anxiety, and shifts in personal or professional identity.Before beginning this path, I spent over 20 years in business, media, and live events; leading teams, building strategy, and shaping high-pressure projects. In 2020 I began a personal regenerative process that moved me to where I am now. In 2023, I began training as a mental health counselor.Practicum and Internships begin in early 2026. My goal is full licensure as an LPC in New Jersey, New York & beyond.
