Since joining Executive Compass, I have completed successful submissions across many industries, including health and social care, construction and facilities management, with direct involvement in more than 250 competitive tender processes. These include successful bids submitted to Transport for London, Sellafield Ltd, Network Rail and the Football Foundation. In 2021, with the growing emphasis on social value in tendering, I took on the role of Director of Social Value to provide both strategic and tender writing support for our clients.
