I currently lead construction services for transportation projects nationwide at Burns & McDonnell as a construction director. Projects include highways, bridges, roads and rail systems. Now more than ever, complex transportation projects require multidisciplinary collaboration and reliable, cost-effective design. I am pleased to work with our clients and apply my two decades of industry experience to deliver exceptional projects.Prior to joining Burns & McDonnell, I was with Clarkson Construction for 20 years, serving as chief engineer. While at Clarkson Construction, I grew my experience in managing and estimating for large-scale highway, heavy-rail and site development projects. Projects I have been involved with include the Johnson County Gateway Phase 2 design-build project for KDOT, I-70 Manchester Bridges design-build project for MoDOT, BNSF Logistics Park KC Expansion, Sporting KC Soccer Stadium, large scale retail developments throughout Kansas City and the New Single Terminal Project at KCI. I have managed multiple scopes of work and coordinated with contractors, design professionals, utility companies, class I railroads and owners.
