    Directed the full lifecycle management, procurement, and allocation of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) for AT & T Broadband Services with the objective to ensure timely and accurate delivery of devices for AT & T broadband customers, whether they’re connected via fiber, wireless 5G, or legacy technologies.Key Responsibilities:• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, each specializing in different product categories. Guide their efforts in launching new devices that support AT & T’s broadband services.• Device Roadmap & Lifecycle Management: Lead strategy for CPE product roadmap, lifecycle, and capital budgeting. Forecast device needs and budgets in partnership with supply chain and finance teams to meet business targets.• Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with product marketing, engineering, and vendor manufacturing teams to set timelines for new product introductions, ensuring scalable growth and profitability.• Industry Engagement: Collaborate with industry groups, chipset vendors, and device manufacturers to monitor trends and identify new technology opportunities.• Performance Tracking: Evaluate projects using key metrics, leveraging industry data, customer insights, and research to enhance device performance and customer experience.Key Projects:• Managed annual RG capital spend of approximately $900 million and worked with peers to in-directly manage an incremental $900 million of success-based capital.• Delivered the CGW530 AIA Gateway, improving price and performance for AT & T Internet Air, identified low risk path to deliver further cost optimized solutions.• Launched Premium Gateway and Extender for the All-Fi Pro Premium Fiber Internet service, ensuring on-time delivery.• Mitigated supply shortages and managed vendor contracts to maintain equipment availability and support AT & T’s business needs.• Managed ~$200M of expense services associated with the recovery, refurbishment and repairs of devices
