Hi, my name is Stephen Pryor. I am a certified Salesforce Developer, Administrator and Business Analyst with a Consultant bend thanks my time at PwC.I have been in the Salesforce space for a few years now with hands on experience in configuring and working with Manufacturing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud, Order Management, CPQ and Revenue Cloud.During my time at PwC, I was actively engaged with projects both client facing and internal. My first few projects were in a dev position working with Commerce Cloud and Order Management. A few months in, I was tasked with leading the technical side of a Manufacturing Cloud POC for an enterprise scale confectionary client. I was sat in discovery sessions to take notes, translated the business requirements into technical requirements and ultimately I was the architect for everything technical from the implementation of the 10 business use case that were handed to us and demoing twice for the client over 6 week period. The client was happy with the POC demoes despite some infighting on their part and the project ultimately was given the green light to begin full implementation. My second major client project was a massive FOT Commerce Cloud + Order Management project which had me working under an architect aligning the internal business processes of the client with Salesforce capabilities and determining how much customization was needed. I also sat in on client calls/meetings to take notes and align expectations around the project.My last major project was an internal project working to create a fully integrated B2B Commerce + Order Management + Revenue Cloud + CPQ system that could both be demoed to clients and also very quickly and easily replicated within a client org upon request for implementation. I was in charge of leading the Shanghai/Bangalore-based dev teams as well submitting regular status reports on the project to leadership, helping decide budget, leading standups, writing user stories, helping to make strategic choices with the project\'s design and demoing the solution to both prospective clients and internal leadership.
