Over the past 35 years I have had the great opportunity to represent many of San Diego\'s most innovative and dynamically-growing companies in their real estate transactions. During this time I have developed a strong ability to understand the management and operational objectives of my clients and translate them into real estate solutions that add value to their bottom line performance, enhance their competitive advantage, and provide superior workplace environments - helping my clients achieve their business goals and ambitions.In addition to negotiating over 1,275 transactions totaling 20.5 million square feet, I have also been fortunate to be a multiple Commercial Real Estate Association of San Diego “Deal Maker of the Year” award winner, and have negotiated three of the largest tenant representation transactions ever completed in San Diego - Intuit\'s square foot office campus, BD\'s (Becton, Dickinson & Company) SF Regional Center of Excellence, and CareFusion\'s square foot Tech Center Campus in Sorrento Mesa.
