FM – Bet 36•••24 – Present Provide FM support, Hard/Soft services, ensuring the safe delivery of all contractual and statutory obligations. Responsibilities • Ensure all site H&S is implemented, including writing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.• Ensure the Service Level Agreement and Site Definition Documents remain in line with the contract.• Develop the Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM) regime against SFG20 specification in line with contractual requirements.• Review and manage all building assets ensuring they remain aligned with MRI.• Responsible for conducting site audits against compliance in line with Mitie standards and current legislation. • Chair regular meetings with the site clients ensuring all compliance and KPI statistics are adhered to.• Ensure all PPM’s and Reactive works are closed and recorded to time.• Develop an out-of-date Fixed Price List incorporating fixed/variable costs.• Review all PPM’s and Reactive Work Orders in MRI whilst ensuring they align with the approved to pay report.• Raise Contract Change Notices to add or remove current services from the contract.
