Originally working for Richmond Fellowship, a mental health charity where I was embedded within various sites, including NHS hospitals within Redbridge and Havering. This includes providing employment support and career coaching to service users undergoing therapy and counselling through Talking Therapies teams and other mental health professionals through the North East London NHS Foundation Trust. Now employed by the NHS, promoting work retention for clients who are in employment, advising clients on their employment rights, liaising with the client and their employer through meetings and facilitating phased returns to work through employers, clients and Occupational Health. Also advising and delivering comprehensive employability training to unemployed clients and career changers to help guide them back into sustainable employment or help them achieve new goals, and career paths.
