What we do:We work with national and local funders to deliver high quality careers support to young people and adults. In both the management and delivery of our services, we combine our extensive professional knowledge and experience with up-to-date technology, helping us not only to engage with customers but also to maximise our impact for them. We adopt a joined-up approach with local stakeholders to develop our work, from linking up with employers, schools and colleges to nurturing key strategic relationships with local authorities, local enterprise partnerships (LEPs) and other partner organisations.Consultancy and practice:Our experience and expertise ranges from consulting on careers education advice and guidance policy at government level to training a highly skilled careers adviser workforce and delivering impartial careers information, advice and guidance (IAG) in a wide variety of settings. The common theme in all our careers work is that we develop a deep understanding of the local context, design well thought-out sustainable solutions, provide first-class infrastructure to support our specialist teams and deliver lasting results.National Careers Service:We have been delivering the National Careers Service on behalf of the UK government since 2004. We work in the north east, Cumbria, Yorkshire and the Humber and in parts of the south east and the south west of England.
