    Manage US funded (public and private) Humanitarian/Emergency Response grants in World Vision’s (WV) Middle East and Europe Region (MEER) and Asia/Pacific Region. • Responsible for disaster management of complex humanitarian crises, the associated grants (USAID/BHA, PRM), management and allocation of private funding programming, donor relations, and support to media and communications colleagues on crisis coverage within country portfolio• Managing public and private funding for humanitarian responses in the MEER Region, directly managing awards in Afghanistan ($21M & $11M, BHA) and Ukraine ($23M & $42M, BHA), and support the management of awards in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, and Turkey. • Provide management support for Program Manager’s assigned to national offices in MEER and Asia Pacific Regions. • Manage award cycle from project startup to closeout, ensuring adherence to US government rules and regulations, and communicating clearly and consistently with the donor and colleagues implementing in-country, while navigating internal and external challenges.• Serve as the field team’s expert on BHA and PRM policy, programming requirements, and guidelines, and provide mentorship, guidance, and training to field staff. Propose solutions to award management issues.• Monitor and create contingency plans for humanitarian context changes by following news, communicating with colleagues overseas, understanding USG relations and interests, and serving as the primary point of contact for WV leadership. • Lead Start-up Workshops in-country for WV staff and partners at the beginning of awards. Teach BHA/PRM guidelines and lead the development of project documentation, like the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP).• Deployments to the Ukraine Crisis Response (UCR): o Chief of Party - BHA, Ukraine – July-September 2024 o Operations Director, Romania – January-February 2023 o Operations Director, Moldova – March-April 2022
