The Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF) is non profit organization dedicated to helping Special Operations Operators successfully transition into the private sector. Through personalized executive coaching, career development, and direct connections to top-tier companies, SOTF ensures that former Special Operators find meaningful careers after military service.As a fellow, I’ve had the opportunity to receive one-on-one mentorship, résumé development, and invaluable networking with business leaders across multiple industries. SOTF provides the tools and support needed to bridge the gap between military service and the private sector, assisting with translating their specialities within the Special Operations community to value propositions in the private sector.
