I manage a small team of hard-working and talented individuals. Together, we focus on administering and supporting the following systems- SuccessFactors Learning - Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation - Oracle HCM Talent Management - SAP Jam - Qualtrics - WebEx Meeting and Training Center My primary responsibility is to ensure that our systems are optimized to best support the needs of the organization. In addition, I help facilitate and train our team on best practices in using those systems. I also provide consultation to the various HR teams on the optimal approaches to deploy their initiatives to our global audience.
