MS Office, Google SuiteStage and manipulate data for testing, verify data transformations and automated processes. Validate data loads and fixes, data mappings and crosswalks. Write, document and execute test cases for automated and manual processes. Make sure cases are exhaustive and complete for complex nested logic. Refine, estimate and give feedback on cards prior to development in an Agile environment. Identify and report bugs and needed feature enhancements with clear reproduction descriptions. Suggest possible causes of bugs. Identify missing or ambiguous requirements. Identify requirements that appear clear but result in likely unintended business outcomes. Liase with Operations and Development staff about best ways to remedy or alter requirements. Serve on Employee Advisory Group and Sales to Implementation Handoff Group. Advise management on possible process enhancements and improved business outcomes.
