About Stephen Gonzalez
When my wife met me, she told me my career as an accountant was boring. Little did she know, an accountant was never my career plan. Early on, I knew that knowing and understanding the finance and accounting side of business would be crucial to my future success. I chose to get my undergrad in accounting for this reason. I\'ve since returned for my MBA to kickstart the pivot out of accounting. I am a quick learner, critical thinker and love a new challenge. I\'ve dabbled with lean management and continuous improvement, data analytics and product management. I\'ve found that I\'m energized by solving real problems and creating efficiencies. I’ve enjoyed helping others develop and grow as their manager and showing that introverts can be great leaders. As I continue to build my career, I\'m excited to blend my unique background, education and experience to help others excel and show my wife that my career is far from boring.
