I carry out a variety of research, knowledge, content, membership services, benchmarking and consulting activities for Digital Workplace Group members and clients. This mainly relates intranet, collaboration, digital workplace and agile working best practice for large corporate clients and global brands. Current members of DWG including IKEA, Unilever and EY. The Digital Workplace Group was previously known as the Intranet Benchmarking Foum (IBF).Activities include- Benchmarking global brands n the areas of Strategy and Governance, Metrics and Performance, Collaboration and Communication and Digital Workplace Maturity for organisations such as IKEA, AT & T and GSK- Regular research and consulting for members and non-members- Producing expert content for the DWG member extranet and external website- Authoring ten research whitepapers on themes as diverse as enterprise mobility, digital workplace strategy, governance and more including case studies- Co-authoring and contributing to two books on the digital workplace by Paul Miller and Elizabeth Marsh- Content producer
