Enhance and standardize visibility of case status, communications, and business processes to ensure accountability. Streamline reporting to manage completeness, timeliness, and accuracy, thus leading to reduced complaints, disputes and abrasion which will enhance the member and provider experience, improve quality and decrease operational cost.
