I am the partner in charge of the Tampa Bay offices of Sorren. As a CPA, I have extensive experience advising clients in real estate management and development, healthcare, and automobile dealerships. I have also participated in and advised on middle market transactions on the buy and sell side from assisting in structuring and tax efficiency to helping sellers negotiate the pricing and terms of the deal. Our firm, Sorren, also specializes providing advisory services, valuations, litigation support, attest services and an outsourced accounting function for small and medium sized businesses.
