My passion is designing playful experiences to craft fun that will be remembered and inspire people to play again. I thrive on ideas, embrace challenges, and consistently seek to encourage the very best in those around me.I am a self-motivated, creative leader with demonstrable experience in being flexible and adapting to new challenges. I think holistically and can migrate from strategic considerations to tactical realities and action plans. As a proactive partner with cross-functional team members, I also strive to nurture a strong and collective team culture. I enjoy the process of becoming immersed in new brands. I work enthusiastically to realize the vision and deliver compelling new consumer experiences to drive further and support the business.Understanding the consumer and the context in which they play is a prerequisite for getting to the heart of a playful brand experience. Breaking down experiences and driving a vision for the future are what I love most. Thinking about the whole consumer experience cycle and determining how and where we can innovate and differentiate is a daily exercise.My broad experience and inclusive team approach enables me to be a confident, informed decision-maker.
