My role involves developing and managing a scalable talent acquisition experience that adapts to the evolving needs of our business.I oversee a diverse global team, ensuring cohesive recruiting strategies and performance across regions and functions. In addition to leading recruitment efforts in new markets such as India and APAC, I have championed process innovation throughout the internal hiring team and candidate experience ecosystems, as well as clear career development frameworks for our recruiting teams.I also spearheaded the implementation of Workday Recruiting as our new ATS, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
