I am the lead facilitator and instructor for the MICE and MICE Light programs at North Forge in collaboration with the MET Schools. This is an entrepreneurial-based program teaching the skills of business and entrepreneurship culminating in a final pitch presentation-Design lesson plans over the 10-month program-Use my skills as an Instructional Designer to create new learning material-Communicate with the advisors of each of the participants-Facilitate lessons in person twice a week-Use my skills in Applied Improvisation to design and build exercises to encourage collaboration-Organize Mentorship and Internship opportunities for the participants-Speaker-coach the participants as they work on their final pitches
