Aligned to enterprise wide Talent and Development, now the primary talent development pipeline for the entire bank:\\\\n• Design and creation of a series of learning pathways for early careers, spanning apprenticeship, internship, graduate and continued learning technical programs for the annual intake globally, across all businesses and functions.\\\\n• Significantly reduced costs by reducing vendor spend and leveraging internal delivery capabilities\\\\n• Supporting the UK government sponsored Higher Apprentices initiative where Barclays hires and develops candidates via a three year program\\\\n• Supporting many diversity and inclusion initiatives including - ENCORE back to work post career break, AFTER for military veterans embarking on civilian careers\\\\n• Supporting Strategic Alliances - development for secondees from China Development Bank and from Sumitomo Bank in Japan\\\\n• Develop and deliver bespoke technical learning programs for functions (e.g. Finance, Internal Audit etc)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
