I am an intellectual property attorney with extensive experience in litigation, licensing, patent portfolio review, patent prosecution, opinion work, mediation, arbitration and inter partes reviews and post grant reviews.I\'ve represented clients in diverse technology fields, such as oil and gas tools, digital geological analysis, semiconductor fabrication, Fibre Channel networking, cellular telephone systems, computer systems, software, security systems, and various wireless communications technologies. The technologies range from simple mechanical downhole sand separators to complex 4G wireless standard protocols. I\'m well-versed and experienced in many different types of legal claims, including, trade secret misappropriation, contract claims, copyright (including architectural works) infringement, Digital Millennium Copyright Act (\"DMCA\") violations, trade dress and trademark infringement, unfair competition and false advertising.I am a tenacious advocate for my clients, but I also understand their primary concern is running their business as efficiently and productively as possible.
