Paint Nite strives to provide a world-class social painting experience and is the leader in its industry! In 2014 I joined the team as a contracted entertainer/artist. To this day, I am proud to hold the top position in all of Chicagoland for customer experience and satisfaction - Companywide, I am one of the few artists who hold a Five Star rating.My success as Five Star rated host has bolstered ticket sales for Paint Nite events, private parties, and corporate fundraisers. This success in customer satisfaction has transferred over to generating more revenue for the company and sharing the Paint Nite experience with thousands of guests.Since partnering with Paint Nite, my role has become integral in introducing the Paint Nite concept to various new venues and training other contracted artists to perform at their very best. To find success in this industry, artists must possess excellent interpersonal skills and approach every challenge with a positive attitude, professionalism, and confidence.As a Creative Partner, the following skills are required: time management, venue management, organization, and ultimately managing the expectations of groups that can exceed fifty guests. In addition to being professional and reliable, and being able to do the art, the end goal is to ensure that each and every guest leaves with a smile on their face.
