Group Head of Architecture for a leading specialist mortgage lender, primarily focused on carefully selected sub-segments of the mortgage market. OSB Group is a rapidly transforming and exciting Tier 2 Bank, specialising in Savings and Lending.Key Responsibilities:Supporting the CTO to shape the IT Strategy and Roadmaps for Modernisation, but also for the ongoing business led change for the existing heritage Lending and Savings platforms throughout the Group.Lead, manage and grow the current Architecture function.Lead the definition of the methodology and processes for the development of OSB Groups technology solutions. Providing guidance and consistency around engagement, design, approval, and compliance.Lead the Technical Design Authority (TDA), focusing on the maturity and strategic alignment for Modernisation, Business, and IT Projects.Lead the Architecture maturity roadmaps of the Groups existing heritage systems, this includes Lending, Savings, and workflow platforms. Ensure the Group’s ESG Strategy and commitments are fully embedded within the Architecture Team, to design and implement technical solutions that align these commitments.People manager.Key Achievement/Projects:Successfully delivered multiple upgrades and functionality improvements to existing Core Banking platforms throughout the Group.Design and implementation of New Online Savings platform.Design of a new Group HR platform.Supporting OSB Group’s ongoing Modernisation and Digital transformation programme.
