As part of the worldwide Strategy and Operations (S&O) organization, the team I lead is responsible for the experience of all Commerce, Pricing and Offerings capabilities. This is for both our current portfolio of tools, processes etc. and also designing future capabilities, future go-to-market offers, implementing new pricing models and ensuring the commerce platform can transact these offerings with the most optimized experience for customers and for our sellers located in every market on the globe. Our responsibility is to empower the MCAPs (Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions) organization - a people organization located in every country Microsoft performs business - to run our $175B commercial business by delivering world-class customer-centric experiences to intelligently enable sellers, simplify and optimize our operating model, increase productivity, and bring our strategy to life.
