Profiling outer body of vehicles to Aston Martin standards•Polishing, fettling & paint rework/repair• Quality checking over vehicle and fault Exterior finding• Working in line with the process and standards required using the Company\'s on-screen instruction system• Use DC tooling accordingly to Aston Martin procedure • Following set instructions to assemble various components of the vehicle to the standard stipulated• Maintaining Five S standards in your work area and adhering to company housekeeping processes• Completing all tasks within cycle time• Storing controlled substances/components into correct track side location• Ensure work is conducted to the required quality standards• Train new starters with iso procedures• Supporting quality, productivity and process improvement initiatives• Carrying out lean production activities
