WORK HISTORY
Lead Project Manager @Trillium Flow Technologies
Alloa, GB
Responsible for high-level NNB program FIDIC contracts with a value of £80M. I maintain high standards of project management best practices through leadership, management, good governance, planning, organisation, and motivation. I am responsible for all financial elements of these contracts- organise the project resources to achieve defined project goals and deliverables- Recently completed review of all Program Deliverables to help identify where the team is strong, and where there is room for improvement, to help develop our team strategy going forward. Part of this review included gathering feedback from our clients, our Supply Chain, and our internal customers, to ensure we are addressing where they believe we can add more value- key task is the development and mentoring of all members of the project team. I develop and implement tailored development plans with the input of each team member and hold regular meetings to discuss progress. I believe in empowering the team to drive their own development with my support, as this is key to ensuring the team understands their expectations and deliverables- I use my experience in Lean Principles to actively encourage the improvement of our processes and procedures. I ensure the team feels empowered to identify waste and opportunities to improve in what they do, and we deploy lean techniques to help us plan and prioritise our continuous improvement efforts.
