My early professional experience includes a great deal of sales and consultancy experience mainly in the IT arena, particularly focusing on Contact Centres and CRM applications. Following this I have focused my career in the areas of Project and Programme Management. I have spent 7 years based in Australia delivering a wide variety of projects for a Global FMCG company. I have also worked as Regional Head of Projects based in Singapore leading multiple large scale multi disciplined projects, reporting into the Regional Operations Director. More recently I have taken on the role of Global Project Director, establishing a Project Management Office to support the strategic initiatives across the Global business. Responsibilities include working a part of the senior management team in the areas of governance, standardisation, strategic planning and alignment, investment management, people development and progress tracking. I am also currently leading the delivery of a Global Business and Digital Transformation Programme.Specialties: Programme and Project Management, PMO, Strategy Delivery, Sales, IT Consultancy, General Management. I am also a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
