As head of Workplace at Tesla’s Giga Nevada - one of the world’s largest and fastest-moving manufacturing campuses - I lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for everything that enables our operations to run beyond the production line. Our scope spans factory floors, warehouses, labs, and office environments, delivering services across culinary and janitorial operations, space planning, analytics, transportation, employee engagement, and more.Over nearly a decade at Tesla, I’ve scaled teams, built programs from the ground up, and developed leaders who can thrive in an environment where change is measured in hours, not quarters. My focus is on building systems that are both operationally excellent and human-centered - resilient enough to sustain our pace, and flexible enough to evolve with it.I partner cross-functionally with engineering, construction, HR, and manufacturing leadership to ensure our environments serve not just productivity, but culture, safety, and long-term growth.
