I\'m currently part of Oracle\'s Implementation Excellence Team. We\'re a small group of Implementation Support Leads who work with the largest, most complex SaaS Implementation projects involving multiple rollouts, intricate integrations and critical business requirements. Our goal is to meet critical milestones, prevent escalations and bridge the gap between Oracle functionality, business requirements and consultant workarounds. Together, we are changing the Implementation Support role from a reactive workflow to a proactive initiative through complete project setup and performance analysis, discovering setup and data errors before the customer and consultant teams test their workflows.
