I am a software engineering manager with over 16 years of experience as a software engineering professional including 10 years as a custom software engineer and 10 years as a manager. I provide technical guidance and people management across multiple teams for projects (in Waterfall, Agile) as well as collaborate and coordinate across both internal and external stakeholders. I have directed large as well as small cross-discipline teams, averaging 10 members, across multiple products simultaneously. I have handled personnel duties including hiring, terminations, performance reviews, and setting goals for these teams.
