ABOUT STEPHEN WARD

I am a highly skilled and experienced leader who has 28 years solid Learning and Development experience. I have extensive knowledge and expertise of the full training cycle. I create learning strategies to address global business needs, and provide management reports on the progress of the strategy identified. I create highly engaging learning programs that show clear return on investment. I am a fantastic people leader, who can lead and manage multiple teams of people across multiple countries. I have gained this experience from my time spent as a European Training Manager, Training Design Manager and various other management positions held such as, Training Planning, Quality & Evaluation Manager, Training Outsource Manager, Customer Services/Sales Training Manager and various Trainer positions delivering both behavioural and technical training to a range of audiences up to management level.I am a very passionate, focused, Learning and Development professional who shows great customer obsession, and an ability to deliver results, taking a data driven approach. I am a great innovator and I continually look for ways to raise the bar for my customers.
