As a Technical Liaison/Partner Engagement Officer at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), I facilitate communication and cooperation between NGA and other agencies that share a common interest in geospatial intelligence and data integration. With over 22 years of progressive experience in systems engineering, program management, and geospatial intelligence, I have the technical and leadership skills to establish and maintain open lines of communication, coordinate activities and projects, resolve issues, and find mutually acceptable solutions.I have a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on organizational leadership, and I am a Certified Acquisition Professional in Engineering and Technical Management. I also have a background in technical training, instructional design, and entrepreneurship. Prior to my current role, I was the Chief Systems Engineer for Electro-Optical Sensor Integration at NGA, where I oversaw the integration of multiple data sources and platforms to provide actionable intelligence for national security and defense. I am passionate about advancing the field of geospatial intelligence and leveraging technology to enhance decision-making and problem-solving.
