Managing Director of Vanguard Specialty, a MGA specializing in the development and management of innovative insurance programs. Our first program launched August 2016 is our lawyers professional liability insurance program with a \"first of its kind\" rewards incentives for insureds. Our second program is LegalFeeGuard, which protects insureds against the liability under Florida\'s and Georgia\'s Offer of Judgment statutes, which we purchased from my prior employer Willis in 2016. Our third program is Contractual Defense Protection which launched in 2017 and is the only insurance product that covers the exposure that comes with an A&E agreeing to a Duty to Defend provision that is normally excluded under the A&E\'s professional liability policy. Our fourth program is PT Pro which launched in 2018 with Nationwide that provides professional liability insurance coverage for part-time professionals like accountants, lawyers, bookkeepers, tax preparers, title agents, consultants, software engineers, etc. Our fifth program launched with GenStar in 2020 is our non-standard LPL program which provides coverage for attorneys with claims issues or difficult areas of practice. Our sixth program is our admitted Excess LPL program with Berkley which launched in 2021 and provides higher limits for law firms on a nationwide basis for firms up to 100 attorneys. Our seventh program is with GenStar for Title Agents professional liability for which we became the program manager in 2022. We plan to launch another E&O program in 2023, keeping up with our tradition of launching a new profitable insurance program every year from the ground up, often with no existing book of business.
