As a lifelong preparedness advocate and survival professional, I offer preparedness consulting to individuals and families who want to protect and sustain themselves and their families in the event of economic, environmental, or social crisis. Growing a self sufficient garden, stockpiling emergency rations, self defense, having access to potable water, emergency generators, and coping strategies in emergencies require proper planning and maintenance. In an emergency, you will never rise to the occasion, but you will default to your level of training and preparedness.I also offer real estate consulting services and land development/management services through Orion Ltd. Recent projects include :1) Helping a farm buyer rehabilitate a neglected farm-clearing brush mechanically, invasive weed control, pasture rehabilitation, interior trail improvements, and practical farm planning2) Successfully defeating a planned re-zoning effort where neighbors objected to the re-zoning request. Orion Ltd, is an experienced consulting service for all types of land management, farm development, and real estate related expertise.
